1. Free Trial
All Guardian AI subscription plans include a 10-day free trial with full access to all features of your selected plan. No credit card is required during the trial period.
At the end of the trial period, you will need to enter payment details to continue using the Platform. You will not be charged until the trial expires.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@guardian.alfa-can.com.
2.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Platform until that date.
2.3 We do not charge cancellation fees.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers on monthly plans. If you are not satisfied with the Platform within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a first-time paid subscriber
- Submit your refund request within 7 days of your first charge
- Contact us at info@guardian.alfa-can.com with your account email and reason for the refund
3.2 Subsequent Billing Periods
After the first 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-period, you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period, but no partial refund will be issued.
3.3 Annual Plans (if applicable)
For annual subscription plans, a pro-rated refund may be issued for unused months at our discretion. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the annual charge.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Setup fees or onboarding fees (if applicable)
- Usage-based charges above the plan limits
- Add-on services purchased separately
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
5. Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the Platform, please contact our support team at info@guardian.alfa-can.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
If we are unable to resolve a critical technical issue within 7 business days, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at info@guardian.alfa-can.com
- Include your account email address
- Include your invoice number or payment reference
- Briefly describe the reason for your request
We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at info@guardian.alfa-can.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
